Valley Vision is dedicated to increasing the capacity of the region's citizens to shape their future. By bringing together a strategic cross section of the region's leaders, the Valley Vision Leadership Council can consider all aspects and viewpoints concerning the region's future as a whole, and use this knowledge and networking to collectively influence and shape events.

Members of the Valley Vision Leadership Council function as a network that includes companies, organizations and individuals from all parts of the region and encompasses a wide variety of interests. The members of this network, with the support of Valley Vision, are a source of objective information on a regional issues; they are civic leaders that understand the importance of, and have the ability to connect with, their communities at both the local and regional level; and they are the civic backbone of the proactive projects that Valley Vision uses to shape our region's future rather than react to the present.

Valley Vision holds a unique place in the region as the only civic group that is not a special interest group, but instead a gathering and organizing space for all who think that proactive projects, collaboration, and consideration of all interests is the best way to accomplish outstanding regional results.

Why Join? Membership in the Valley Vision Leadership Council benefits each member, and helps to sustain Valley Vision's important work in the region. Members are invited to all Valley Vision events and informational sessions, receive a newsletter that is just for members, attend two special member only meetings per year, and play a leadership role in Valley Vision projects and committees. Membership in the Valley Vision Leadership Council is available at several levels of support. Membership is by invitation, with the goal of maintaining a balanced cross section of the region.
