New Regional Food Collaborative Forming
Valley Vision is hosting the second meeting of the Regional Food Collaborative July 23 at KVIE's headquarters. Michael Winne, a nationally recognized expert on food acess policy and acclaimed author, will provide a keynote address. The event is free but seating is limted. Top 3 Regional Leaders Honored

Rural Urban Connection Strategy

Youth Development Project

Valley Vision is working with the City's youth Tsar, local foundations, and youth-serving organizations in the Sacramento Area to help set a common vision and shared goals to improve the lives of area youth.

 

Community Needs Assessment

Valley Vision is working with the region’s four not-for-profit health systems to create an interactive web site mapping the priority health issues and assets in four area counties. 

         

Regional Food Access Project

The newest Valley Vision project is building a regional coalition to promote policies that improve healthy food access and food security in underserved communities.

Valley Vision is investigating ways to improve digital access to all corners of our region and bolster promising e-health initiatives here.
