Partnership for Prosperity Co-Chairs
The three Partnership For Prosperity Chairs are responsible for promoting and advancing the efforts of the project across the region and providing strategic guidance to the Partnership's core organizations.

Champions
Each of the Partnership's strategy and action areas has a set of leaders with expertise in that given field. These "champions" help inform and track progress in their component of the Partnership's regional business plan.

Process Committee
This group includes the three Partnership For Prosperity Chairs and staff members of organizations that are managing the process-related elements of the Partnership for Prosperity (Valley Vision, the Sacramento Metro Chamber and SACTO).
It meets on a regular basis to oversee project management tasks such as meeting planning, budget maintenance and media outreach.
