Natalie joined Valley Vision in April 2021. She is a Project Associate supporting the Innovation & Infrastructure and 21st Century Workforce Impact Areas.
Prior to joining Valley Vision, she worked with the San Joaquin Community Data Co-Op working on a variety of data research reports. Assisting with Assembly Bill 109 Recidivism Studies from 2015 to 2020 for the Probation Department of San Joaquin County. She has completed reports for county projects focused on increasing the number of beds for those experiencing homelessness in San Joaquin County 2019-2021. She has been a part of the evaluation team for an LGBTQIA+ project for California’s Reducing Disparities Project (CRDP) in the California State Office of Health Equity. She provided technical assistance and analyzed conference evaluations for the Association of Criminal Justice Research (ACJR-CA) conferences. She has observed large and small programmatic changes through the lens of data, both qualitative and quantitative.

Sharing experiences from my year abroad in New Zealand on a Working Holiday Visa. Dancing at live concerts of funky jam bands that no one has heard about.
