Food and agriculture production is an integral part of our region’s status as America's Farm-to-Fork Capital. Our work centers on growing a viable food and agriculture economy; ensuring more purchasing of locally-grown foods by institutions and others; increasing access to healthy foods in underserved communities; improving environmental sustainability; and promoting agricultural innovation. The leadership and guidance provided by Valley Vision assists our program daily. We are providing our Farm-to-Fork community with direction in bettering our institutional food service program.
