Join Los Rios Community College District and Valley Vision for the Administrative Healthcare Advisory on Friday, April 17, from 1:00–3:00 p.m. This regional convening will bring together healthcare leaders, administrators, educators, and workforce partners to explore current and emerging needs across healthcare administration.

Healthcare administration plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and high-quality patient experiences across hospitals, clinics, community health organizations, and specialty providers. As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, shaped by workforce pressures, policy changes, advancing technologies, and data-driven decision-making, administrative roles are becoming increasingly complex and essential to system performance. 

This advisory will feature regional labor market insights and a moderated employer panel highlighting trends impacting healthcare administration. The employer discussion will feature local healthcare leaders who will share firsthand perspectives on current hiring needs, evolving skill expectations, and the competencies most critical for success in today’s administrative roles, along with real-world challenges.

The conversation will also explore partnership and placement opportunities that better connect students with employers and support responsive, industry-aligned program development.
